- Standard UK Delivery will take 3-5 working days to arrive and cost £4.99.
- Next Day Delivery will take 1-2 working days to arrive and cost £10.
- Guaranteed Next Day UK Delivery (including Saturday delivery) - Delivered next working day if ordered before 1 pm and cost £15
- All UK orders will not deliver on bank holidays and weekends.
US Delivery
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after you place your order
- Standard Delivery - approximately 7 to 15 working days - £19.99.
- DHL Express Delivery - approximately 2-3 working days - £29.99.
- All US orders are shipped with DHL or Hermes and are fully trackable. DHL or Hermes will not deliver on Public Holidays and weekends.
International Delivery
We ship Worldwide (including Canada, Australia, Europe and Africa) and the shipping cost is calculated at Checkout once you enter your Shipping address.
All items are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days except otherwise stated.
Standard and Express delivery using Hermes and DHL respectively is available for most countries at Checkout.

Once you place an order, an email will be sent to you to acknowledge your order and further information will be communicated if required. Once your order is shipped, details of your tracking number and estimated date of arrival will be communicated to you via email.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, we are happy for you to return items in their original condition within 10 days of you receiving your order.
Customer are responsible for postal charges incurred while returning the item except in cases were a wrong size or product was sent, you will be responsible for the return charges from your local courier service.
Send us an Email returns@cumolondon.com with (Subject Reference: Return Request) within 2-3 days of receiving your item informing us about your intention to return/exchange and we will process a return and advise you on how to proceed.
PLEASE NOTE:
- For Clearance/Sale items, a Store credit will be issued to be used towards another purchase.
- Refunds for full-priced items will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the item, however your refund may take up to 14 business days for your bank to process the transaction.
- Customers are responsible for getting the items back to us in same conditions as received.
- For reasons of health and hygiene, we DO NOT accept returns/exchanges/refunds on Turbans, Head wraps, Pierced jewellery and Swimwear.

I absolutely love the fabric and style of the dress - beautiful! Being slightly picky (and a seamstress with no time on my hands to make my own clothes!) I am 5' tall, maybe 5' 1" at a push - short. I feel the bodice could be a little longer, maybe 1 - 1.5 cms longer and the skirt shortened by the same amount. Or maybe I just need to lose weight around my middle 😁. It would also be nice to have some sort of fastening at the waist and bust to anchor the cross over. The dress is beautiful and your service first class, thank you.
