I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt truly compelled to after my recent experience with CUMO London. From the very first phone call, Neelo transformed what could have been a disappointment into an experience I’ll remember for all the right reasons. She called to explain there was an issue with my order and said she couldn’t commit to making the dress at that point. However, once I explained I needed the white dress for an upcoming event—especially since everything else I had ordered didn’t fit or look right—she kindly asked for my actual size during that call and promised to see what she could do, calling me back the next day.
Throughout the process, Neelo kept me updated and confirmed the dress would be made to my correct size—a thoughtful and personal touch I wasn’t expecting. She made sure I felt confident the dress would arrive in time. And it did—delivered the day before my event, fitting like a dream. The quality was exceptional, the fabric luxurious, and the craftsmanship flawless. On the day, I felt incredible and received so many compliments.

This is a beautifully made. The quality is excellent. The sizing is way off. I ordered a 5x. I'm typically size US 18. This dress fits like a US 14. I sized up thinking it would fit but it does not. I measured the waist and it is 36 inches wide which is a US 14 for their chart. The size chart is not representative of the sizing for this dress. I removed a star because of this. Wish an elastic waist was incorporated to help with the sizing of this dress. It's very beautiful.

I really wanted to love this but I couldn’t. For wearing around the house , sure. For a party or event, it just looks like pyjamas. The material doesn’t look like silk at all, and the print looks cheap. Not worth £85.

I ordered the items it was easy and they arrived in good time..I was unsure of the sizing as my first time ordering.I called regarding a,refund and swap for the size I needed. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and the process was explained. I will order again. The pattern is beautiful and well made. Love it .
Does run small- I’m a 10-12 but ordered a Large and fits perfectly. I’m 5ft9 and the length is perfect. Love it!
