Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, we are happy for you to return items in their original condition within 10 days of you receiving your order.
Customer are responsible for postal charges incurred while returning the item except in cases were a wrong size or product was sent, you will be responsible for the return charges from your local courier service.
Send us an Email firstname.lastname@example.org with (Subject Reference: Return Request) within 2-3 days of receiving your item informing us about your intention to return/exchange and we will process a return and advise you on how to proceed.
- For Clearance/Sale items, a Store credit will be issued to be used towards another purchase.
- Refunds for full-priced items will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the item, however your refund may take up to 14 business days for your bank to process the transaction.
- Customers are responsible for getting the items back to us in same conditions as received.
- For reasons of health and hygiene, we DO NOT accept returns/exchanges/refunds on Turbans, Head wraps, Pierced jewellery and Swimwear.
It can take up to 14 days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel should you choose to send it back to us via the UK Post Office™, your local postal service, Parcel Collection Service, Collect+, Doddle, or Hermes ParcelShop.
