Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, we are happy for you to return items in their original condition within 10 - 14 days of us dispatching the item (except in cases were a wrong size or product was sent, you will be responsible for the return charges from your local courier service).
Contact us via email email@example.com with (Subject Reference: Return Request) within 5 days of receiving your item informing us about your intention to return/exchange and we will process a return and advise you on how to proceed.
Please be aware that you will be responsible to ensuring that the items get to us to guarantee your refunds or exchanges. We are also only able to refund the amount you paid for the item(s) having excluded the delivery charges
Please note that for reasons of health and hygiene, we DO NOT accept returns/exchanges/refunds on Turbans, Head wraps, Pierced jewellery and Swimwear.
It can take up to 14 days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel should you choose to send it back to us via the UK Post Office™, your local postal service, Parcel Collection Service, Collect+, Doddle, or Hermes ParcelShop.
