This dress was beautiful, the material was a lovely quality. I wore it for my family introduction (first step of the marriage process) and I really wowed. They even threw in a matching headtie which completed my look thank you Cumo London!
I was worried about the fit as I am vertically challenged 4" 11, it's almost a maxi. It's fully lined, fits nicely on the waist, the fabric is brighter than the image but I CAN ROCK IT!.

Bought a while ago in the summer - the colours are amazing and I've had so many compliments. It's a very long dress though and I have to wear platforms with it to make it floor length (I'm 5 foot 6). That doesn't detract from the dress at all and it's one of my favourite items in my wardrobe, I just wish I had the excuse to wear it more often!

I was looking for an outfit to go to the Races, I wanted originality, style and comfort since I would have been in it all day. After a look around at the usual dress shops, I decided I wanted to stick to who I was, which is an African woman.
This dress gave me everything I was looking for and more. I got so many compliments on the day, to the point that someone told me I should have won the best dressed competition.
As bigger lady, I never felt inappropriate, but quite the opposite as the mono strap African mini dress was so flattering.
