On the plus side I ordered the dress as my sister had previously purchased one and it was absolutely beautiful, the fit and the material. My sisters dress came with a matching headwrap, however mine unfortunately did not.
I contacted customer service to notify them of this and they requested proof which I sent. They then advised that there was nothing that they could do about it as the dress was not advertised with a matching headwrap.
Having worked as a Customer Service Manager I would have presumed that they could have either contacted whoever made the dress to see if it was possible to get one, offer me a discount as I purchased the dress in good faith or at the very least offer me an apology for coming across as though they didn’t believe that my sister did indeed receive a headwrap.
I probably will continue to order from Cumo but am now more mindful of the Customer Service department🙁
