I made an order and checked the return policy under each single item at the bottom of the website page and it clearly states that I can return within 14 days every item apart from sale items. Now the Customer service declined my return and that’s after I had to chase them 3 times. What a waste of peoples time and so disrespectful.
Really disappointed with this brand and will be complaining.
