We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, we are happy for you to return items in their original condition within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Customer are responsible for postal charges incurred while returning the item except in cases were a wrong size or product was sent, you will be responsible for the return charges from your local courier service.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after you place your order
- Standard UK Delivery will take 3-5 working days to arrive and cost £4.99.
- Next Day Delivery will take 1-2 working days to arrive and cost £10.
- Guaranteed Next Working Day UK Delivery (does not include Saturday delivery) - Delivered next working day if ordered before 2pm and cost £15
- Saturday Delivery now costs £19.99 for orders placed before 2pm on Friday.
- All UK orders will not deliver on bank holidays and weekends.
EU Delivery
Please note, due to the new EU regulations, as of the 1st July 2021, all shipments to the EU now require the buyer to pay Duties, Tax and VAT charges.
Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

RETURNS
