We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, we are happy for you to return items in their original condition within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Customer are responsible for postal charges incurred while returning the item except in cases were a wrong size or product was sent, you will be responsible for the return charges from your local courier service.

Click HERE to start your Return process, complete the Return window and we will approve your request within 1-2 days of receiving your request. Then package the item and post back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • For Clearance/Sale items, a Store credit will be issued to be used towards another purchase.
  • Refunds for full-priced items will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10  business days of receiving the item, however your refund may take up to 14 business days for your bank to process the transaction.  
  • Customers are responsible for getting the items back to us in same conditions as received.

UK Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after you place your order

  • Standard UK Delivery will take 3-5 working days to arrive and cost £4.99. 
  • Next Day Delivery will take 1-2 working days to arrive and cost £10.
  • Guaranteed Next Working Day UK Delivery (does not include Saturday delivery) - Delivered next working day if ordered before 2pm and cost £15
  • Saturday Delivery now costs £19.99 for orders placed before 2pm on Friday.
  • All UK orders will not deliver on bank holidays and weekends.

EU Delivery

Please note, due to the new EU regulations, as of the 1st July 2021, all shipments to the EU now require the buyer to pay Duties, Tax and VAT charges. 

Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

If you refuse to pay for the duties upon receipt of the package in your country and the package is returned to us, you will be liable for the cost of the package being returned to us.

International Delivery

We ship Worldwide and the shipping cost is calculated at Checkout once you enter your Shipping address.
