Once you place an order, an email will be sent to you to acknowledge your order and further information will be communicated if required. Once your order is shipped, details of your tracking number and estimated date of arrival will be communicated to you via email.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, we are happy for you to return items in their original condition within 10 days of you receiving your order.
Customer are responsible for postal charges incurred while returning the item except in cases were a wrong size or product was sent, you will be responsible for the return charges from your local courier service.
Send us an Email returns@cumolondon.com with (Subject Reference: Return Request) within 2-3 days of receiving your item informing us about your intention to return/exchange and we will process a return and advise you on how to proceed.
PLEASE NOTE:
- For Clearance/Sale items, a Store credit will be issued to be used towards another purchase.
- Refunds for full-priced items will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the item, however your refund may take up to 14 business days for your bank to process the transaction.
- Customers are responsible for getting the items back to us in same conditions as received.

I had to purchase couple of outfit last minute and Nello was very prompt to respond to all my queries and extremely accommodating from start to finish of her serivces. I wear size 14 tops but when I got this top the bust area was small, made for ladies with small boobs. Sending it was going to cost me as the seller doesn't pay for return postage, so I ended up taking it someone else to alter. No for ladies with big boobs.
